Minimum order requirements
The minimum order amount from each store on LocalExpress is $20. If your order contains items from several stores, please make sure that the order portion from each store meets the minimum order requirements of $20.
Before checkout, you may select Pickup as the delivery option for your order. This option is FREE; there are no additional delivery fees. However, you may only pick up your order at the store you are buying from on LocalExpress — if you have items from multiple stores, you will have to pick them up separately at each store.
You can pay for your order online with a credit card or make a payment in-store when picking up your order.
When placing an order for pickup, you will be able to select the pickup date and time that is convenient for you. You will also receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.
What is a “pick replacement” option?
During checkout, you will be offered to pick replacements. Because LocalExpress partners with local stores, they may not always guarantee in-stock availability of all of their items. You may choose a replacement for each product in your order in case it is out of stock or specify that no replacement is required.
You can pay cash to the driver who delivers your order or pay with a credit card when you submit the order. Please note that your order total may change, if one or more products is out of stock and is being replaced according to your instructions, or if the product is sold by weight and the quantity you specified has to be adjusted. The order total may change (increase or decrease) by no more than 10%. The total will be debited from your card after you receive your order. You may monitor all the order changes by going to the order tracking page, a link to which will be provided.
We deliver within the 20-mile radius of every store. There are two delivery options:
Regular (2 hours):
- For delivery within 2 miles - $4.99
- Every additional mile - $1.20
After you place your order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with the button Track Order. Clicking this button will take you to the order tracking page. You will also receive a tracking link by email. If you need, you may print the order summary by clicking on Print Order.
Registered users may access their order history in their LocalExpress profile. Order history includes current orders, scheduled orders and past orders (both completed and cancelled).
